Easy stuff. I use a simple recipe to create my pizza dough. Each of my individual packets are in a 2 quart oxygen free bag, and then inside my bucket. I create 2 or 3 topping pizza's with freeze dried/dehydrate items, like cheese, tom powered for sauce, and then maybe an FD meat and a FD mushroom. Lots of possibilities. I have enough room in my bucket to include mixing bowl, mixing spatula, sheets of parchment paper, cutting wheel, ovenmit. I dont put those utensil items in every bucket, but I do mark buckets that do have extras in them. See the photo below.
I've tried and tested my recipe so that if I have no electricity, I can bake this pizza in my SunOven. I recommend everyone own at least one SunOven! It will take about 20 minutes longer to fully cook Pizza in SunOven. Pre Bake skin for about 22 minutes. The 2nd bake with toppins and sauce, I go 20 to 22 mintues, assuming your Sunoven is at a temp of about 325F to 350F. If you dont own please go watch a couple of good videos about them.
The Pizza Bucket Kits have a considerable amount of versatility on how you use them. Technically you have just about everything you need to make a loaf of bread or dinner rolls, or even calezones/hot pockets. The pizza recipe I provide makes a lot of dough, enough that there is some left over to make a couple of good sized dinner rolls. You can even make a buttery frechetta type of bread. I'll talk more about this shortly.
You can easily add dry herbs to your crust pizza at the mix stage for additional flavor!
I do include dried herbs (Italian blend) in my buckets, but it's up to you how you want to make them
